My client is an alternative lender within the Real Estate finance market focusing on complex transactions across both Investment and Development Finance transactions. As the business continues to grow we are now looking for a Director to join the business to focus on Property Investment Loans. The team have a solid track record and reputation in this market. This hire is part of their continued growth plans.
Deal sizes can be from £1 million to £100 million across Commercial and Residential asset classes including portfolios of assets. Through your network you will be responsible for originating new transactions to the business. Once the loan has been drawn it will be managed by a separate portfolio management team.
