Our global banking client is looking for a CRO Assistant Manager to join their Customer Engagement team. This role is focused on optimising the digital customer experience through data-driven insights, experimentation, and testing.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer interactions across digital channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to enhance user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes while ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Track, measure, and report test results, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Understanding of UX, CX, and digital best practices.
