Buckden Partners have been mandated by our bespoke bridging and structured property finance client who provide funding solutions to property investors, developers, and operators from £5m-£30m+.

As they continue to grow they are seeking a capable and confident Associate/ Underwriter to own transactions from first assessment and structuring through valuation, legal, credit committee, negotiations, and finally completion.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is commercially minded, and has strong credit judgement across residential and commercial property.
