We’re hiring a Data Management Lead to join a growing international financial services business operating at the intersection of Supply Chain Finance, Payments, and Trade Solutions. Someone who sees data not just as a control function, but as a strategic asset that can unlock automation, insight, efficiency, and better client outcomes.
You’ll lead the evolution of a critical data management function supporting global trade finance and settlement operations across multinational clients and supply chains. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape data strategy, improve governance and controls, drive migration and transformation initiatives, and build scalable analytics capabilities.
- Developing and embedding data management strategy and governance
- Leading data migration and ETL initiatives with strong auditability and control
- Improving data quality, structure, accessibility, and reporting automation
- Payments / Cash Management
- Financial Services Operations
- Trade Finance or Treasury environments
Experience leading or influencing data transformation initiatives:
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Exposure to tools such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, ERP or treasury platforms
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at a pivotal stage of growth, where the right person will have genuine visibility, influence, and the ability to shape how data supports the future of the business.
