My client is a market-leading corporate finance boutique specialising in Renewables and Energy Transition. They focus on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.
We are looking for candidates with Energy M&A experience, ideally within Renewable Energy. Their EV range is £200m to £3bn and they punch well above their weight.
We are looking for 2 VP's who have worked with clients and given strategic advice. Ideally, they should have completed 5-10 deals+. Candidates with first-class educational backgrounds and experience at leading brands are preferred.
They would also consider someone from Corporate Development if they have worked on a large volume of deals and have excellent financial acumen.
The role comes with a £300k total compensation.
