My client is an established Challenger Bank with a large Development Finance business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and well documented loan diligence from acceptance through to loan drawdown.
- Analyse, interpret, comment and act constructively on reports prepared by the Bank's professional advisers.
- Ensure all KYC requirements have been met and where appropriate, signed off by Compliance.
- Maintain a close working relationship with clients, professionals and PDD/PDMs, in support of achievement of the Bank's business objectives.
- Attend meetings and site visits as required to further enhance working relationships.
- Active involvement in account/file maintenance process, including anti money laundering/KYC information collation, effecting payments against Monitoring Surveyor certificates, completion and management of loan redemptions, fee and interest collection, insurance matters and all post draw down follow up matters with the professional advisers.
- General file maintenance and updating of the Bank's information databases, to enable good quality management information and reporting.
- All activities to be conducted in accordance with the Bank's internal procedures.
- Ensuring all matters which may adversely impact risk to the Bank are promptly notified to the Head of Property Development, the Head of Operations & Servicing, both Credit & Risk teams and PDD/PDMs as appropriate.
