We have been mandated by a very exciting Debt Fund, still in stealth mode. We are hiring for someone to help build their network of brokers, key business introducers and intermediaries for a new Commercial Banking lending product. This debt product will provide Cashflow Finance and Working Capital Finance to SME clients across the UK. This product partners with the major UK banks.

We're seeking a strong financial professional with a background in lending, debt advisory, or investment banking who wants to help grow this start-up. You will be their 5th employee. If this role develops as expected, you will become the head of sales and lead a team across the UK.

This role comes with a strong basic salary and an uncapped bonus, over 100% is realistically achievable.
