A leading global advisory platform focused on multi-assets, including real estate, infrastructure and energy transition is seeking to appoint a Director to support the continued growth of the business. This is a senior origination-focused role responsible for developing new client relationships, generating transaction opportunities and leading advisory mandates across infrastructure and energy transition. The successful candidate will combine strong business development capability with deep transaction execution experience and will play a key role in expanding the firm’s presence across the infrastructure investment market.
Responsibilities
- The Director will focus on originating new advisory opportunities and overseeing transaction execution, working with investors, developers, corporates and financial institutions across infrastructure and energy markets.
- This role offers the opportunity to operate in a highly entrepreneurial advisory environment with access to an established global client base and capital network.
Business Development & Origination
- Identify and originate new advisory mandates across infrastructure and energy transition sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with infrastructure investors, sponsors, developers and corporates.
- Lead strategic client engagement and business development initiatives.
- Support the preparation of proposals, pitch materials and client presentations.
Transaction Leadership
- Lead and oversee the execution of complex advisory transactions.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on capital structuring, funding strategies and transaction processes.
- Guide deal teams in preparing transaction materials including information memoranda, financial analysis and investor presentations.
- Manage transaction processes through to completion.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships across the investor and lender community including banks, institutional investors and private credit providers.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Leverage existing market relationships to support continued business growth.
- Lead and mentor junior team members across transaction execution.
- Contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Support the development and growth of the wider advisory platform.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience within infrastructure, energy or real assets advisory, investment banking, corporate finance or debt advisory.
- Demonstrated origination capability and ability to develop new client relationships.
- Strong transaction experience across infrastructure and energy sectors, including project finance, structured finance or capital markets transactions.
- Proven experience leading complex transactions and deal teams.
- Strong market network across investors, lenders, developers or sponsors.
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial advisory environment.
