An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Lead to join a rapidly growing residential real estate and property management platform backed by a leading global institutional investor. This hands-on role will work across compliance and risk management across a large-scale UK residential portfolio of 12,500+ homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the group-wide compliance framework
  • Managing and mentoring a team of five compliance professionals
  • Overseeing AML, KYC, sanctions compliance and financial crime controls
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, ARLA, RICS and TPO standards
  • Managing risk registers, governance processes and audit interaction
  • Supporting ESG reporting and Building Safety Act compliance
  • Leading compliance reporting for senior leadership and institutional stakeholders
  • Partnering closely with operational, investment and finance teams across the business

We are looking to speak with candidates who have:

  • Strong compliance and risk experience
  • Background within property management, real estate, investment management or lettings
  • Excellent knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR and regulatory governance frameworks
  • Experience managing teams and operating within fast-paced, growth-oriented businesses
