A fast-growing specialist property finance lender is looking for an Internal Business Development Manager to join its Peterborough team.

The business provides flexible funding solutions to property investors and developers across England and Wales, supporting a range of transactions including bridging finance, refurbishment projects, development exits and buy-to-let investments.

With backing from both private capital and institutional funding partners, this is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious lender at an important stage of its growth.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing broker relationships, supporting new business generation and ensuring an excellent service throughout the lending process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a strong sales mindset and wants to develop a long-term career within property finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and introducers.
  • Support the External Business Development Manager in managing and growing the broker network.
  • Act as a first point of contact for broker enquiries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help generate lending enquiries.
  • Maintain regular communication with brokers throughout the lending process.
  • Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to support smooth completion of cases.
  • Assist with broker onboarding, CRM management and relationship-building activity.
