As they continue to grow they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced underwriter to support on transactions between £2m-£200m.
Key Requirements
- Several years of experience in real estate lending, with a strong focus on bridging or short-term property finance.
- Proven track record of underwriting complex transactions.
- Strong understanding of UK real estate markets, valuation principles, and loan structuring.
- Familiarity with legal due diligence, property development risks, and exit strategies.
- Commercial mindset and ability to assess deals holistically.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
