Associate Director - Origination - Real Estate Finance

Buckden Partners are working with several leading Real Estate Finance Institutions who are looking to hire multiple Associate Directors within their origination functions as part of their continued growth plans.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience within Real Estate finance with a strong understanding of credit and execution of both Investment and Development finance transactions – Bridging Finance is a plus also.

Our clients will support you with a client network of deals to execute whilst you continue to build your own network of clients.

Typically they focus on debt sizes from £5million to £40million across Investment and Development transactions, both residential and commercial asset classes.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into origination or someone early on into their origination career that would benefit from a strong network of clients.
