We’re looking for an Associate Director to join a specialist debt fund that provides debt facilities to SMEs, with transactions ranging from £100K to £20M. This role blends origination and transaction execution, focusing on leveraged deals backed by Private Equity/Financial Sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Regional Head of Credit to create compelling presentations for client meetings.
- Analyze client financials and develop customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and internal teams.
- Develop financial strategies tailored to client needs.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities and support client goals.
