Associate Director/ Director - Real Estate Structured Finance

My client is an alternative lender within the Real Estate finance market focusing on complex Real Estate Finance debt solutions.

This will include sectors such as Residential, Mixed-Use, Living Sectors and and Commercial Real Estate with debt sizes up to £50million.

The successful candidate will currently be working in a bank or an alternative lender specialising in Investment lending products with a solid network in this space.
