Head of Procurement & Facilities Management – London
I'm working with an established international bank looking to appoint a Head of Procurement & Workplace Management to join its London team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager or Workplace Manager from financial services or another regulated industry who is looking to take on broader responsibility.
The role will cover:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of office facilities and workplace services.
- Managing external suppliers, contracts and procurement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, physical security and regulatory requirements.
- Managing budgets, identifying cost savings and improving operational efficiency.
- Supporting business continuity, office planning and workplace projects.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK business.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with a strong background in facilities or workplace management, ideally gained within banking, financial services or a similarly regulated environment. You'll be comfortable managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets and ensuring offices run effectively.
This would suit an established Facilities Manager looking for a role with greater ownership and exposure across a wider business.
