To support the smooth and efficient flow of production within the fabrication and component manufacturing areas by controlling production orders, managing system transactions, coordinating subcontract activities, and ensuring production documentation and material availability are maintained in line with MRP and operational requirements.
Action all system-generated action messages in a timely and accurate manner. Release, print and bag all production orders in line with the production schedule and operational priorities. Monitor and chase missing components and materials that are preventing parent production orders from being released or completed. Identify, investigate and resolve movement and transaction errors within the ERP/MRP system, ideally before they impact downstream production or logistics processes.
