About Us

Bucher Municipal is a leading global manufacturer of municipal vehicles. The product range includes compact and truck mounted sweepers, sewer cleaning vehicles, winter maintenance equipment, refuse collection vehicles and digital services.

We are looking for someone to lead digital change and capture new digital opportunities within the Operations segment of Bucher Municipal and to reduce waste from manual processes with best‑fit digital solutions.

Your main tasks:

  • Train, supervise and allocate work to digital apprentices.
  • Design, build and maintain workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes.
  • Identify digital improvement opportunities across the Operations Department.

Your Qualifications:

  • Background in manufacturing, municipal or automotive sector.
  • Background using Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of data structures and basic data modelling.
