What the job involves
You will be responsible for contributing to the productive output of the assembly line to ensure that production and quality standards are maintained. Main duties include:
- Using electronic diagnostic equipment to diagnose electrical issues within a vehicle and make/modify electrical harnesses.
- Conducting auto electrical tasks on modern specialist vehicles.
- Wiring up of electrical components and installations of wiring looms.
- Examining vehicles and diagnosing non-routine defects, or additional faults either in the workshop or during road tests.
You will operate within the constraints of the Risk Assessments in place and work to high levels of health and safety.
