We are working with a leading investment platform looking to hire an In-House Counsel specialising in Structured Finance to join its London-based legal team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work closely with investment and structuring teams on complex transactions across the structured credit spectrum.
The Role
- You will advise on a broad range of structured finance matters, including securitisations, CLOs, asset-backed finance, and derivatives-linked transactions.
- The role will involve supporting deal execution from origination through to closing, as well as ongoing portfolio management and refinancing activity.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on high-value, often cross-border transactions, playing a key role in structuring and risk analysis.
