Buchanan is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate to join a brand-new standalone ABS practice within our international law firm. The role spans consumer ABS, auto ABS, RMBS, trade receivables, and cross-border securitisations, with access to the firm’s US securitisation platform.
The ideal candidate has 2–6 PQE, England & Wales qualification preferred, and strong ABS experience with a long-term commitment to specialism rather than rotational CLO work.
