We are currently working with an elite US law firm in London that is looking to hire a junior Equity Capital Markets Associate (1–2 PQE) into its highly regarded Capital Markets practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising Samsung on its direct listing of GDRs on the London Stock Exchange.
- Working on complex UK, European and US securities law matters, including SEC-registered offerings and Rule 144A transactions.
- Gaining exposure to both equity and debt capital markets work, including investment grade and high-yield offerings.
- Working on transactions involving leading issuers, financial institutions and sponsors from across the globe.
