We are currently working with an elite US law firm in London that is looking to hire a junior Equity Capital Markets Associate (1–2 PQE) into its highly regarded Capital Markets practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a market-leading ECM practice within one of the most internationally recognised capital markets teams in the world. The team has advised on a number of the most significant and innovative equity transactions in recent years, including landmark London IPOs, dual listings, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, and cross-border offerings involving issuers across Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets.

Recent matters have included:

  • Advising the National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan on its landmark IPO and dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Tashkent Stock Exchange.
  • Advising Canal+ on its London Stock Exchange listing following its spin-off from Vivendi.
  • Advising Samsung on its direct listing of GDRs on the London Stock Exchange.
  • Advising on one of the first London-listed de-SPAC transactions completed under the FCA's new SPAC regime.
  • Advising investors on major cross-border equity financings involving London-listed vehicles.
