Buchanan, a newly merged transatlantic law firm, is seeking an Employment associate at 2–4 PQE to join its UK Labour & Employment group. The role blends contentious, advisory and transactional work, with ownership of matters and exposure to cross-border matters.
You will handle Employment Tribunal proceedings from strategy through to resolution, advise senior stakeholders on complex employee-relations issues, and collaborate with corporate teams on transactional Employment aspects.
