We are currently working with an elite US law firm in London that is looking to hire a junior Equity Capital Markets Associate (1β2 PQE) into its highly regarded Capital Markets practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a market-leading ECM practice within one of the most internationally recognised capital markets teams in the world.
The team has advised on a number of the most significant and innovative equity transactions in recent years, including landmark London IPOs, dual listings, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, and cross-border offerings involving issuers across Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets.
Recent matters have included:
β’ Advising the National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan on its landmark IPO and dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Tashkent Stock Exchange.
β’ Advising Canal+ on its London Stock Exchange listing following its spin-off from Vivendi.
β’ Advising Samsung on its direct listing of GDRs on the London Stock Exchange.
β’ Advising on one of the first London-listed de-SPAC transactions completed under the FCA's new SPAC regime.
β’ Advising investors on major cross-border equity financings involving London-listed vehicles.

Candidate Requirements
β’ England & Wales qualified solicitor.
β’ 1β2 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
β’ Strong experience advising on equity capital markets transactions.

β’ An interest in developing a broad international capital markets practice.
