Our client is one of the most exciting new technology recruiters in Europe. Having cemented their European position, they have now expanded into the US and are looking for exceptional graduates to take part in the first wave of employees sent out to the New York offices based in Manhattan once a 5-month training period has been completed in London. Accommodation will be free of charge during this training period, as will transfer costs out to New York.
This opportunity is perfect for those who are looking to get a good start in America fresh from university in a structured manner that will offer an excellent chance to get a foot in the door in a fast paced and lucrative industry. There are also opportunities to earn perks based on billing in this role including air miles, annual holidays and monthly opportunities to win hospitality packages to watch the New York Jets play American football and The Knicks play basketball.
Any progression in the role will be based in a meritocratic way, meaning that progression will be based purely on personal success. Student athletes have been successful in the positions in other offices in Europe so individuals of this profile are encouraged to apply.

This will involve sourcing and interviewing graduates looking to work in all manner of technology positions, followed by managing their subsequent interview processes with your client base. All of this will be expected once full training has taken place. This will be carried out in our client's London head offices and training centre based in the heart of the financial sector.
This is led by the MD of the company who has been at the helm for around 15 years. He still makes it his business to train all new recruits personally as he feels this is the only way to ensure that the highest level of training is achieved, thereby qualifying new recruits to work at the pace and with the quality that he has come to expect from all his recruits.
Applicants for this role should have at least a 2:1 at degree level, be of a competitive and ambitious nature, alongside being comfortable with moving to a new country and immersing themselves in their work.
