We specialise in representing Investment bankers, Front office traders, Hedge fund managers and risk & compliance personnel. We represent some of the highest earners in the UK and overseas. We also have an industry in-house client base in both FTSE 250 listed Corporates and Investment Banks. We have invested £500,000 into our training program so that our program is market-leading.
The success of the previous financial year, shown over the last few years with a 20% growth year on year, has required the company to start looking at recruiting new graduates to keep up with the increased growth of the firm. The success of the company is exemplified through the success stories of our graduates from last year, who were all promoted within the year, and one of whom is now looking to manage a team in a new area.
This role requires candidates to build rapport with customers to identify their needs and sell the right product(s). To achieve both personal and branch sales targets, you will be required to make sales appointments with clients and sell the opportunity to attend one of our events. You will need to source your own leads and develop new business.
The successful candidate will have:
- A 2:1 or above preferably in a Law-based or Humanities degree from a top 30 University or hold a strong knowledge and passion for the legal market.
- A strong background in excelling across extracurricular activities, ideally sporting or academic.
- An ambitious, commercially aware and self-starting personal drive.
- Exposure to the legal working world through vacation schemes, internships or work experience.
- First class rapport building skills and the ability to use the phone to network with both high-level candidates and clients alike.
This London-based role requires a specific type of mentality and energy to thrive in this market, where a hard work ethic is key to keep up with the high intensity of the business, and as such this role pays more accordingly.
