This Executive Search firm is now hiring 2 new recruitment consultants who will receive full on the job training and develop within their market leading Graduate Scheme. They have had year on year growth since 2006 and have received multiple Recruiter Awards. Based in Canary Wharf, it gives all employees access to the top tier candidates already based within the financial hub of London. However, the client has emphasised that this is an outbound phone based role.
With the company offering fantastic organic growth, all employees have clear targets to enable meritocratic progression, highlighting the importance of the work hard play hard atmosphere. A strong work ethic, competitive edge, and resilience will be key factors to being a successful candidate.
The Role:
- Sourcing candidates through various methods
- Face to face interviews and phone screening of candidates
- Growing your own client list and building a business within a business
- Liaising with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Target driven incentives and company rewards:

- £20-24,000 base salary and first year OTE £42,000

The successful candidate will have excellent academics (degree 2.1 or above from any university). Due to the nature of the job, they will also have a great personality and strong communication skills both over the phone and face to face. Finally, they must be driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and money motivated.
