The Package
- £24,000 basic salary (dependent on experience level).
- Generous monthly commission, resulting in a 54k OTE (plus additional multipliers and 'roll over' targets).

Competition for legal recruitment roles is fierce, and employers often use specialist recruitment agencies to find the best candidates. Our firm is now a market-leading recruitment firm and a top supplier to a number of clients including FTSE listed firms. The success of the firm is exemplified by the 31% growth year on year over the last couple of years, resulting in our company finishing this financial year with a £69.2 million turnover.
We are looking for a candidate with commercial experience, preferably in legal recruitment or other areas of recruitment. A candidate should have a history of achieving and superseding targets (this could be in an academic or sporting background) and take a consultative, communicative approach.
The Role
- You will be working with consultants to source the right candidates, developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships through telephone and web-based research.
- Identify potential target companies, both researching and mapping the market through researching the network.
- Attend client meetings and meet candidates.
- Screen CVs and profiles to collate market intelligence.
The Candidate
We look for the right attitude and approach from our consultants, meaning we recruit individuals with a 'can do' attitude who are not afraid to make things happen. We seek ambitious and competitive individuals with a good sense of humour who enjoy working in a team environment. No experience is needed; just a passion to succeed and a desire to make money. Strong customer service and a sales background will be an advantage but are not essential.
We are looking for a candidate who is degree educated to 2.1 and above or has experience in sales, is highly ambitious to beat competitors and keep our company at the top, possesses high levels of soft and communication skills, and is driven and hard-working, e.g., a history of part-time employment throughout university. Work ethic is key for the company, and a 'can do' mentality is necessary to do well in this market. This role is a city-job recruitment company that requires a high level of skill and is fast-paced compared to non-city recruitment jobs, and as such, the role pays more for this level of skill. This role also offers the unique opportunity of working extremely close to the Directors of the business.
