A leading FTSE 250 executive search recruitment specialist, the company is a true market leader within the industry and has offices in over 15 worldwide locations. The role is to be based within the company's London office; however, there are opportunities to complete training and work out of other office locations such as Paris, Frankfurt, and Zurich. The largest executive search company within the recruitment agency, the company has built a reputation for a quality-driven approach and has been named within the Times Top 100 companies to work for.

The successful candidates will join one of the company's premier billing teams in their head offices in London's financial sector. Specialising in placing senior candidates into senior technology positions, the role offers the opportunity to progress in a rapidly growing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear idea of the entire recruitment process as well as managing interviews for prospective candidates. Additionally, they will meet with existing and new clients to better understand their needs. One-on-one training will be given from day one by a senior consultant, enabling the candidate to learn from an experienced professional. In addition to a highly competitive basic salary and commission structure, regular incentives are also on offer including lunch clubs, company smartphone, discounted gym memberships, and team holidays.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills. Additionally, the applicant must be educated to degree level, having obtained a minimum of a 2:1 classification, and be able to display the following skills:
