A Trainee Business Development Executive is required for a growing financial consultancy based just off of Victoria in Central London. They have been growing steadily over the past 3 years and are now looking to invest in their sales team to help drive the business forward and boost expansion. They have big plans in place with goals to open several European offices over the next 5 years.
You will be working under the Sales Director where you will be responsible for generating leads to drive new business and help grow their customer base. They are looking for energetic, charismatic graduates with a real desire to build a successful career but to also get along with the team. This is an out and out sales role so they are looking for someone with a natural ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
About the Role
- Researching target customers to generate leads
- Liaising with potential customers to highlight their needs to management
- Book in and partake in meetings with potential clients
- Helping management tailor pitches to each individual client's needs
- Maintain existing client relationships and act as the main contact between client and management
About You
- Recent graduate with a 2.1 or above
- Have a natural sales ability and not be afraid of phone and face-to-face communication
