We are looking for a candidate with commercial experience preferably in legal recruitment, or other areas of recruitment.
A candidate to have a history of achieving and superseding targets (this could be in an academic or sporting background).
A candidate to take a consultative, communicative approach.
The Role
You will be working with consultants to source the right candidates, developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships through telephone and web based research.
To be able to identify potential target companies, both researching and mapping the market, through researching the network.
Attending client meetings and meeting candidates.
Screening their CVs and profiles to collate market intelligence.
The Candidate
Firstly, we look for the right attitude and approach from our consultants.
By this we mean we recruit consultants that have a 'can do' attitude and who are not afraid to make things happen.
We look for ambitious and competitive individuals who have a good sense of humor and who like to work in a team environment.
No experience is needed just need a passion to succeed and a want to make money. Strong customer services and a sales background will be an advantage but not essential.
We are looking for a candidate who is degree educated to 2.1 and above or have experience in Sales, to be highly ambitious to beat competitors and keep our company at the top, to have high level of soft and communication skills, and the candidate to be driven and hard-working - e. g. a history of part-time employment throughout university.
Work-ethic is key for the company, a 'can do' mentality is necessary to do well in this market.
The role is a city-job recruitment company that requires a high level of skill and is fast-paced compared to non-city recruitment jobs and as such the role pays more for this level of skill.
This role also offers the unique opportunity of working extremely close to the Directors of the business.
