The Role:

As a Securitization Associate, you will:

• Advise on a wide range of securitization transactions, including RMBS, CMBS, ABS, and other asset-backed securities.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documentation, including offering documents, indentures, and other transaction-related agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and regulatory analysis.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and clients on high-profile transactions.
• Develop your expertise in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.

What We\’re Looking For:

• A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with 2-5 years of experience at a top US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle law firm.
• A strong academic record and a passion for the securitization industry.
