About the Role:

About You:

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 of experience in Structured Finance from a leading law firm.
• Strong understanding of securitisation, asset-backed lending, and other structured finance products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a practice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
