Structured Finance Associate

Associates in the team are regularly involved in:

• Structuring and executing complex structured finance deals
• Securitization, leveraged finance, and capital markets transactions
• Advising top-tier international clients in sectors such as technology, energy, retail, and finance
• Cross-border transactions with high visibility across jurisdictions
• Working alongside highly regarded partners with direct client interaction

Candidate Profile:

• 4-8 years’ post-qualification experience in structured finance or a related field
• England & Wales qualified or equivalent common law jurisdiction
• Experience at a leading international, US, or City firm
• Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and drafting expertise
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
