A leading international law firm is continuing to build out its Corporate Real Estate / Real Estate Private Equity capability in London and is actively looking to make a number of strategic hires as part of its ongoing growth plans.
This practice sits at the intersection of corporate, private equity, and real estate, advising on complex, investment-driven transactions involving real estate-backed assets. The team is engaged on a broad range of high-value matters, including acquisitions and disposals, platform and portfolio transactions, and joint ventures, often with a cross-border element and involving sophisticated institutional investors, private equity houses, and asset managers.
The London offering is closely aligned with the firm’s global network, working in tandem with colleagues across Europe, the US, and other key financial centres. This provides associates with the opportunity to gain exposure to international deal flow while developing a genuinely hybrid skillset that bridges traditional corporate and real estate disciplines.
