  • A Managing Associate (6–8 PQE)

These are growth roles—not replacements—driven by an increasing pipeline of complex, high-value real estate finance transactions, particularly in the hospitality, leisure, and hotel sectors. The team sits within a wider, highly regarded finance group and is led by recognised industry experts.

Client Base And Work:

This team consistently acts for leading banks, institutional lenders, real estate funds, hotel groups, private equity sponsors, and high-profile borrowers on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Their work includes:

  • Investment and development financings across prime UK and European assets
  • High-value acquisitions, refinancing, and structured real estate finance deals

  • Mid-Level Associate (2–5 PQE): You’ll come from a top real estate or banking & finance team, with at least 50% of your recent experience in REF matters. Exposure to hotel, hospitality, or leisure transactions is ideal but not essential.
  • Managing Associate (6–8 PQE): You must have demonstrable experience in real estate finance within the hospitality, hotels, or leisure sectors, with a strong track record of managing deal workstreams and client relationships independently.

Salary Range:

  • 2 PQE: ~£110k
  • Managing Associate: ~£150k–£160k (DOE)

These are standout roles for ambitious lawyers looking to work on headline deals in a team that combines technical excellence, sector depth, and strong internal culture.
