- A Mid-Level Associate (2–5 PQE)

This team consistently acts for leading banks, institutional lenders, real estate funds, hotel groups, private equity sponsors, and high-profile borrowers on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Their work includes:
- Investment and development financings across prime UK and European assets
- High-value acquisitions, refinancing, and structured real estate finance deals
- Hotel and leisure portfolio financing, sale-and-leasebacks, and fund-backed real estate strategies
- Multi-jurisdictional syndicated lending, often involving complex deal structures and negotiations
