- Cross-border project financings across energy, infrastructure and natural resources
- Acquisition financings and refinancing for large-scale assets

- Complex structured financings in emerging and developed markets
- Energy transition projects, including renewables, power and sustainable infrastructure
The work is often multi-jurisdictional, technically complex and execution-heavy, involving coordination across sponsors, lenders, governments and advisers.
