A highly regarded international white shoe US law firm is seeking a mid-senior Corporate M&A Associate (3β6 PQE) to join its growing Energy & Infrastructure team in London. With recent high-profile partner hires from top-tier global firms and a rapidly expanding M&A practice across the UK and Middle East, this is an excellent time to join a team in its growth phase.
Be part of a strategically growing M&A practice with a focus on high-value, complex transactions across the energy, power, renewables, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Work directly with a tight-knit group of experienced partners and associates, gaining hands-on responsibility and clear visibility on deals from day one. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK and UAE offices, offering real international exposure and the potential for future relocation.
Candidate Profile:
- 3β6 yearsβ PQE, with experience at a top-tier UK or international firm
- Strong grounding in corporate M&A, ideally with exposure to transactions in the Energy & Infrastructure sector (though broader M&A backgrounds will be considered if exceptional)
- Commercially minded, collaborative, and confident in managing key workstreams and client relationships
- UK-qualified (or equivalent), with excellent drafting and deal management skills
Compensation:
- Cravath-scale salary
- Discretionary bonus structure (2000-hour target)
