A leading international UK law firm is seeking a March-qualifying NQ to 2 PQE associate to join its highly regarded Structured Finance, Securitisation and Derivatives team in London. The team advises major banks, financial institutions, funds and corporates on some of the most complex and innovative structured finance transactions in the market, with a strong focus on cross-border securitisations, structured products and derivatives documentation.
The Role
- Work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of high-value, sophisticated matters, including:
- Public and private securitisations across multiple asset classes
- Structured finance and capital markets transactions
- Derivatives and structured products documentation (ISDA and related frameworks)
- Advising financial institutions on regulatory and transactional issues
- Cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions

Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified (or soon-to-qualify) solicitor
- March 2026 NQ to 2 PQE
