We are working with a leading US law firm in London looking to hire multiple Project Finance Associates (3+ PQE) into a high-growth and strategically important team.
This is the most urgent hiring need within the group, with three roles available (including both growth hires and a backfill). You will join a well-established projects platform advising on complex, cross-border project finance transactions, with exposure across a range of sectors including energy transition, infrastructure, and digital assets. The team works across both sponsor-side and lender-side mandates, offering broad and high-quality experience.
There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to elements of project development work, providing a well-rounded skillset within the projects space.
