Our Finance team has an exceptional reputation for advising on intricate financing transactions, often collaborating with other practice areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring, investment funds, and projects. The team represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and investment funds on their most challenging transactions.
