Job Description: As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions, including:

• Leveraged buyouts
• Acquisition financings
• Debt restructurings
• Unitranche financings
• Mezzanine debt
• Asset-based financings

You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic record
• 3-6 years of experience in a leading law firm's leveraged finance practice
• In-depth knowledge of leveraged finance structures, loan agreements, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
