As we continue to expand our global footprint and heavily invest in our Leveraged Finance practice in 2025 , this is an exciting time to join our team. About the Role: You will work on a wide range of sophisticated leveraged finance transactions, including: Acquisition financings Leveraged buyouts (LBOs) Refinancings Debt restructurings High-yield bond offerings Unitranche financings Advise clients on all aspects of leveraged finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation. Work closely with senior partners and associates on complex legal and business issues. Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s Leveraged Finance practice in London. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in a leading Leveraged Finance practice. Excellent academic record with a degree in law from a top-tier university.
