Leveraged Finance Associate | London | We are representing a leading global law firm with a renowned reputation for excellence and one of the fastest-growing law firms in the world , is seeking a highly motivated and talented Leveraged Finance Associate to join our dynamic team in London. As we continue to expand our global footprint and heavily invest in our Leveraged Finance practice in 2025 , this is an exciting time to join our team. About the Role: You will work on a wide range of sophisticated leveraged finance transactions, including: Acquisition financings Leveraged buyouts (LBOs) Refinancings Debt restructurings High-yield bond offerings Unitranche financings Advise clients on all aspects of leveraged finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation. Work closely with senior partners and associates on complex legal and business issues. Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s Leveraged Finance practice in London. Opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and collaborate with colleagues across our global network. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in a leading Leveraged Finance practice. Excellent academic record with a degree in law from a top-tier university.
