Job Description:
As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions, including:
- Leveraged buyouts
- Acquisition financings
- Debt restructurings
- Unitranche financings
- Mezzanine debt
- Asset-based financings
You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic record
- 3+ years of experience in a leading law firm\’s leveraged finance practice
