The Role:

As an NQ in our Investment Funds team, you will:

• Advise on the formation, structuring, and operation of a wide range of investment funds.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including limited partnership agreements and subscription agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and regulatory analysis.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions, gaining exposure to sophisticated legal work.
• Develop your expertise in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.

What We\’re Looking For:

• A highly motivated and academically strong individual.
• A training contract with a reputable law firm.
• Essential: At least one seat completed in Investment Funds.
• A genuine passion for the investment funds industry.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Anticipated qualification in September 2025.
