Job Description Competition Lawyer About the Role: US based firm is seeking a talented and motivated competition lawyer to join their dynamic and high-performing team in their London office. As a key member of their global antitrust practice, you will work on cutting-edge matters for leading multinational corporations, including Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. Key Responsibilities: Conducting complex antitrust investigations and proceedings before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and other regulatory authorities. Advising clients on a wide range of competition law matters, including mergers, joint ventures, distribution agreements, and abuse of dominance. Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, such as competition law opinions, submissions, and pleadings. Conducting legal and economic research to support the firm’s practice. Managing and mentoring junior lawyers. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified lawyer with 2-7 years of experience in competition law. Strong academic record from a top-tier law school. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand complex business issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
