A top-tier West End law firm is seeking to grow its highly respected Commercial Real Estate team with the addition of an ambitious Associate. This is a newly created position driven by sustained growth and increasing client demand.
This opportunity offers exposure to a first-rate real estate practice consistently recognised as market leading across multiple categories. You will work closely with two senior partners who collaborate extensively across sectors and clients, providing exceptional access to high-quality work and clear progression. The team is known for strong partner engagement, early responsibility and genuine investment in long-term development.
The work is broad and high-value, involving major investment, asset management and development mandates. This includes acting for prominent UK asset managers with significant portfolios, handling sales and acquisitions, financing matters, and complex agreements for lease across retail, industrial, office and mixed-use sectors. You will also support well-known Central London estates and institutional landowners on a wide variety of matters such as headlease structures, rights of light issues, mixed-use schemes and turnover leasing.
A key aspect of the role is leading transactions, coordinating cross-departmental teams, supervising junior colleagues and playing an active part in ongoing business development initiatives.
Who They Are Looking For:
- 3–4 PQE preferred; strong 5–6 PQE candidates also considered.
- Trained and retained at a leading City, West End or top regional real estate practice.
- Experience across investment, asset management and landlord & tenant matters.
- Ability to run transactions with confidence and work directly with sophisticated clients.
- Interest in long-term client relationships and contributing to sector-focused growth.
Hybrid working with 2–3 days per week in the firm’s central London office (first four weeks predominantly office-based for induction).
Chargeable hours target of 1,300.
Salary in the region of £95,000–£120,000 depending on experience, plus up to 10% fee-earner bonus.
