A leading US law firm is seeking a mid to senior Associate to join its London-based Project Finance team, widely recognised as one of the premier practices in the global market. The Opportunity
You will play a key role on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:
- Cross-border project financings across energy, infrastructure and natural resources
- Acquisition financings and refinancing for large-scale assets
- Sponsor-side and lender-side mandates involving banks, DFIs and private capital
- Complex structured financings in emerging and developed markets
- Energy transition projects, including renewables, power and sustainable infrastructure
The work is often multi-jurisdictional, technically complex and execution-heavy, involving coordination across sponsors, lenders, governments and advisers.
The Team
The team is highly regarded for its market-leading expertise in project finance, with a strong track record advising:
- Sponsors, developers and infrastructure funds
- Commercial banks, export credit agencies and DFIs
- Private capital and institutional investors
Lawyers operate within lean deal teams, offering significant responsibility and exposure on transactions from an early stage.
