ABL Associate (London Area)

A prestigious US law firm with a leading London office is looking for an experienced Asset-Backed Lending Associate (5+ PQE) to join its highly ranked, international Finance team.

• Multi-jurisdictional asset-based lending transactions
• Structured finance, including receivables, inventory, and supply chain financing

• Leveraged finance and private credit facilities

The Profile:

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in asset-backed lending or structured finance
• Qualified in England & Wales or another major common law jurisdiction
• Experience from a top-tier international, US, or City firm
• Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Confident in managing high-value transactions and cultivating strong client relationships
