Position Overview:
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join their team. The CEO will be running a 6-month training academy in London before moving to Dubai, where full relocation would be covered. This role offers uncapped commission potential, excellent career progression opportunities, and the ability to thrive in a rewarding and fast-paced environment. The company offers an award-winning training programme and has a large L&D function for your continued growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and partnerships.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for specific roles and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and advice to candidates and clients.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
